Intro
We are excited to move into to the next level with our program ‘Thrive After50; a Roadmap to a Purposeful Future’.
Interviews with those who needed to re-invent themselves and thrive, a global Wize Move Society Summit with experts and participants from all over the world and of course the many years of experience of our advisors and teachers, made this program come to life!
This program is designed to support individuals over 50 who are at a crossroads in their life, and who need to, or want to, reinvent themselves.
It focuses on (re)discovering who they really are at this point in their life, defining their purpose, values, and their uniqueness; to explore new opportunities, and take pro-active steps towards a thriving future. A future that can be focused on a new role in the organization they work for, on a business startup, or on volunteer work for an organization they are very passionate about.
Your Roadmap To a Purposeful Future
In 12 weeks, we will guide you on your journey of self-discovery and the creation of your own personal roadmap for the next so many years of your life.
This is for you if you
- Are ready to (re)discover who you really are at this point in your life
- Are ready to define your purpose, values, and your uniqueness
- Are ready to explore new opportunities, and take pro-active steps towards a thriving future
The program
In 4 weeks, we will focus on the journey of self-discovery. We will dive into your purpose, your passion and your values in this stage of your life.
We will decode your enterprising history to discover what makes you unique and what your superpowers are.
We will finish this module with the mindset of a midlife entrepreneur, and move into a conversation around topics like, resilience, trust, stereotyping, lifelong learning and neuroplasticity.
In 2 weeks, we will focus on career trends, different forms of entrepreneurship and study some successful 50plus founders.
We will explore different career opportunities and business ventures based on your purpose, your passion, your strengths and values.
At the end of this module, we will introduce ‘The Wize Move Roadmap to a Purposeful Future’ so we can use it in the next 2 modules.
In 3 weeks’, we will work on very practical tools needed to create your next phase and thrive.
Focus areas will be creating a sustainable network that is needed for your new ventures, your personal branding, your marketing, social media, content etc.
We will also take you on a journey of using new technology like AI, ChatGPT and Canva.
In 3 weeks, we will together finalise your ‘Wize Move Roadmap to a Purposeful Future’ what we will combine with your financial foundation like different incomestreams and funding opportunities.
The last session will be a celebration of our 12 week journey. All participants will be given the opportunity to pitch their roadmap to the teachers, some of our Wize Move advisors and we will invite some special guests.

Certification
Next to your own personal roadmap, all participants will receive their ‘Certificate of Participation’
Time investment
12 weekly online sessions of 90 minutes.
Depending on the topic there will be assignments to prepare before the sessions; about 1 – 2 hours per week.

The teachers in this Thrive After50 program all have an extended track record in the business world, as an entrepreneur, as teachers and as mentors. They are all selected for their knowledge and experience and have a lot of wisdom to share; they have been there and done it!
