It is of significant importance for the over50 generation to prepare ourselves to live a long, healthy, meaningful and happy life. In this changing world where we will be part of the workforce much longer than expected,  it is important to break old habits. We need to dive deep into who we are, to know what our purpose and our passion in life is. What do we want to do in the next stage of our life? What do we need to make it happen? How do we want to create an impact?  It is time to re-invent ourselves!

Wize Move Society has developed a series of programs that can all contribute to support our over50 members to move into the next stage of their life. Thrive After50 Online Program

We are excited to move into to the next level of our successful program ‘Thrive After50; a Roadmap to a Purposeful Future’.

This 12 week online program is designed to support individuals over 50 who are at a crossroads in their life, and who need to reinvent themselves.

It focuses on (re)discovering who they really are at this point in their life, defining their purpose, values, and their uniqueness; to explore new opportunities, and take pro-active steps towards a thriving future. A future that can be focused on a new role in the organization they work for, on a business startup, or on volunteer work for an organization they are very passionate about. At the end, each participant has designed their own Roadmap to a Purposeful Future’.

The fact that we live in the era of longevity means we will be active longer and so we need to be aware of growing older in a healthy way. The Wize to Move and Breath is an online program focused on different aspects of our physical and mental wellbeing, like for example breath, balance, posture, flexibility, mindfulness and meditation.

This program gives you access to 7 online videos of 15 minutes each.
