Robert Vos is the only executive management coach who passionately helps ambitious and competent women to reach the top within their organizations, so that all people, actually our entire society get better: “The Good Life”.
He strongly believes in the unbreakable coherence between woman and man, and in diversity, equity, and inclusion for a better and more sustainable world. He is ambitious, energetic, and committed to initiate and develop waves of change, and accomplish sustainable development goals together.
Since 1998, Robert runs his own company ROVOS Management, providing training and coaching services to ambitious and competent women, who aspire to top positions. Also, Robert provides training and coaching to our Fifty Plus Generation, including better profiling thru self-insight and self-reflection, searching the right job thru extensive exploitation of one’s own network, and better exploitation of social media like LinkedIn.
Robert gained extensive experience in executive search at Haselhoff Group. Prior to working with Haselhoff Group, he held various international management and professional positions at META Group, Uniface International, and IBM World Trade. Before, Robert served as Navy Officer in the Royal Netherlands Navy, and sailed around the world as merchant navy officer for Nedlloyd Lines.
Robert obtained a master degree in Business Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. In 2019, he received a WinTrade Corporate Award “Because She Matters” for his track record in empowerment of women. In 2021, he published a book (in Dutch): “Fiftyfifty: een stappenplan voor het bevorderen van de doorstroom van vrouwen naar de top” (a roadmap to advancing women to top positions).
Robert is married, and has two sons, two daughters-in-law, and three grandchildren.
